Hello, thank you for joining me again on our new set for Give Him 15, doing this,

changing the set, because I'm reading a few of these, reading from our new devotional.

Give Him 15 and appeal to heaven with the great picture of the memorial at Cape Henry, the cross planted there.

And one of the reasons I'm doing this right now is because a lot of these posts have to do with

government and how to pray and what to decree over our government. And we're in such a season of

shifting transformation in our government, and we are in such a season of shifting transformation in our

government. I think there are several of these that are very appropriate. So the title of today's

post is Unfulfilled Promises. Periodically, I like to mention quotes from America's founders and framers,

declaring statements made in the past by God and those made by others at his inspiration.

Does more than just honor him and our predecessors. It releases

God's power from yesterday's words and promises into today. Hebrews 11 sheds, the last two verses

of Hebrews 11 shed light on this.

And the verses say, all these, having gained approval through their faith, did not receive

what was promised because God had provided something better for us so that apart from us they would not be made complete.

Some promises made by God to people are multi-generational and not intended to be fully accomplished

in their lifetimes. Those to whom the promise was made are sometimes

only the womb in which the seed is planted. The succeeding generation, or generations,

furthers the growth, brings the seed to birth, and steward, stewards that which is born.

The Greek word translated complete, tellio, oh, in Hebrews 1140, where it says they're not

complete without us. This word also means to finish, to mature, or to reach the intended goal.

Think about the ramifications of this.

There are many promises God has made to individuals who are now in heaven that he cannot finish or fulfill without us.
