Just came from a long walk. It's really humid outside. It's much warmer than I expected.

Did you do loop?

We did our loop.

Oh, not our loop. It's loop.

It is a route that we've named Loop.

And I have some very exciting news to share with you after the podcast that listeners will not care about, just a landmark along the route. Wow. Sounds exciting. I know

you're holding your breath. I'm on the edge of my seat here. You love this stuff. Something that I

want to just touch on a little bit here at the start of the show is what's gone on with Mark

Matthews and ProTri News.

If people don't know, Mark Matthews, one of the hosts, co-hosts, primary people on Pro

Triathlon News.

And I'm not entirely positive based on some of the thumbnails that I saw of whether this was on

pro-tri-news or a different show that Mark was on,

because I'm not really here to talk about exactly what went on.

But if you don't know, Mark and another co-host, India Lee, I believe it was,

made some accusations that they didn't name anyone, but a British

YouTuber that they accused of buying Instagram followers.

And I wanted to kind of talk about what is going on here because I've got some history
