Now, I know that digital detoxes are nothing new.

But it's actually something that I'm doing right now, and my promise to you is if I ever learn

take a trip next week. It's so interesting. I spent some time with some friends recently and we

had a blast, had a ball. But I did notice we are all on our phones a lot, including when we're having lunch, when we're having dinner,

even just when we're sitting outside, just chatting, hanging out.

It's so much phone use.

And it started to make me feel a little bit sick.

I'm like, okay, this is madness.

We get together, we hang out.

Sometimes we travel, right?

We make a real effort to be together and then to be on our phone so incessantly.

I just, I don't like it. And I'm not saying I'm any different, right? I'm in it. I'm right there
