Episode 22

Hello listeners and welcome back to Underwood and Flinch. Hello, David had made arrangements with Underwood for the vampire to begin a new

dietary regimen, namely feeding from willing donors and so avoiding

killing innocent victims and thus also avoiding being

detected by the authorities. However, on finding Lydia's prisoner that would be

sacrificial victim, Gavin, missing, David

concluded, with a little help from Lydia, pleading ignorance of the boy's

disappearance, that Underwood had killed him.

David then decided to kill Underwood by driving a cricket stump into his heart.

However, this assassination attempt failed, and a fight ensued that saw Underwood victorious, and telling the defeated David that should he ever try such a thing again, he would hunt down and kill those people that David holds deer.

He then knocked him out.

When David awoke, it was to find Underwood and Lydia relaxing in the lounge with the

recently killed body of Gavin lying beside Underwood. The young man had been given to the vampire by Lydia who had

been hiding him all the time for precisely that purpose. David, in utter defeat, was told to go and clean himself up because now the three of

them were all going to go out on the town.

We'll rejoin Underwood and the Flinch sibling shortly,
