Hello, listeners, and welcome once again to Underwood and Flinch. In our previous

episode we spent the morning with Keith and Michelle at Lorena de Corozones.

This week however, the clock has moved on into the afternoon and we find ourselves once more at what the flinch siblings have always

called Casa Underwood and where are those flinch siblings. Well, one of them is right here, sleeping in a single bed beneath

a poster of the 1978 Arsenal Squad.

Despite the open window, the bedroom fairly reeks of alcohol and stale sweat, and it resonates

to the gentle, rhythmic snoring of its occupant.

Hmm, who could it be?

Lydia?

No, Lydia doesn't support Arsenal.

That's right, it's David.

Covered in dirt, hung over, and completely exhausted.

I'm sure he'd like to sleep the rest of the afternoon away just as he slept

away the morning. But that wouldn't do, would it? After all, there are some very serious matters to attend to in this episode 20 of Underwood

and Flinch.

David awoke to the sound of Bird Song. He opened his eyes and squinted. The room was filled with brilliant sunshine. His

window was open and a warm breeze stirred the curtains he hadn't closed the night before. He lifted a hand to shield his eyes

and saw the mud that caked his nails and the creases on the backs of his finger joints.

He grimaced at the acrid smell of dried sweat that rose from under his arm. Then he noticed he was still wearing the clothes he had been wearing the night before. They were filthy with dirt and something else,
