This is episode 38.

And so, gazooks, why that means that we're just seven episodes short of the 45 episode total

of the original Underwood and Finch novel. So I can confidently predict then that this story will have more episodes than that.

Probably by quite a few. So there you are. This episode is another Lydia episode and the reason for that is because her storyline

is still a few days behind, you know in the timeline, a few days behind the other storylines

and so it has a bit of catching up to do.

Fortunately the last Lidea episode as you know wasn't that long ago so you shouldn't

have to strain the old grey matter trying to remember what's been going on with her.

But for those of you like me who can't remember anything unless it's written down on a sign

hanging around your neck, Here's a short recap. Lydia and Miguel, as you know, are now vampires. The Benson's aren't, and in the last episode that featured these characters, Miguel killed Monica, the prostitute that they'd kidnapped, and then they left Spain for London after disposing of her body. Gerald and Cynthia were feeling a bit used and

ticked off but you know that's essentially all that you need to know before we

begin this episode. Oh and before we start the

episode just a quick accent apology in case I do it horribly wrong and an

explanation for people who are outside the UK and may not be familiar with the accent in question.

In this episode, I attempt to reproduce the London accent that academics call MLE or multicultural London English.
