Hello listeners, I hope this finds you well and in fine fettle.

This week I have a little something special for you later in the episode. I'm going to share

with you a chat that I had with the executive producer of the possible Underwood and Flinch

television series.

Now some of you may recall that I played you another chat I had with him before.

I think it might have been in the Underwood and Flinch after hours podcast that I was doing with my wife

Pauling during the break between Underwood and Finch seasons 3 and 4.

In that first chat, which was I think recorded in like June of last year.

The producer basically confirmed that the show was happening

and that I wasn't having you all on

when I said that it was in the early stages of pre-production,

a period sometimes called development hell, because it takes

such a long time and such a lot of work to get all the various components of the show sorted

out for its eventual, hopefully production. He also confirmed

that we had stars and significant companies involved and he speculated about when we might see the show on TV.
