Summary

I'm reminded, oddly, of the scene in The Notebook where Noah keeps asking "what do you want!?" to Allie as she keeps replying "it's not that simple!" But how many times have you stopped and asked YOURSELF the same question. What do you want? What do you need just for yourself? How can you expect others to understand you if you have yet to learn it out yourself? Listen in as we explore some incredibly simple ideas in how to know what you need just a little bit more of.

What is your currency?

0:07.0

No, no, I don't mean the pound or the dollar or even the euro.

What is what I like to call your emotional currency?

0:18.0

For example, the other day I went upstairs and there were

1:15.7

know, what they relate to, and what they enjoy. And to them, it's more valuable than gold.

1:22.4

1:31.2

than they're telling me what a waste of time my sitting at the piano is or doing yoga first

1:36.7

thing in the morning or trying yet another type of bidders in my countless attempt at making

1:42.8

the perfect Manhattan. But these are things that I love,

1:48.1

that feed me emotionally, what I relate to, not them. So going back to the intro, perhaps it's a little

1:57.7

bit more clear now. what is your currency?
