Get into multifamily right now. Like, this is the time for multifamily investing. If you can just

weather the storm right now, you're going to come out of the other side. So grateful you just jumped

in, but so many people are like, oh, I'll just wait until the interest rates cut. And there's no

inventory. So what do you think is going to happen? The prices shoot back up, right? So now you're

overpaying for an asset and your down payment that you've been saving up now went from 100 grand to now you need 200 grand or 200 grand to 300 grand to 300 grand to 300 grand. So are you really saving money? I think it's more smart to understand the tax game, how you can leverage real estate to create more cash flow for you so you can jump in even though these interest rates might scare you a little bit, knowing that they're going to eventually come down in the future.

amazing yeah it has been an incredible transition i'm a girl dead what's your biggest takeaway like

from not having a kid all these years and all of a sudden you're a father to a little girl

bro it's honestly everything everybody says to you you think that you know what love is but you really

don't know what love is until you look down at your baby that you created with the person that you're in love with.

Every day when I wake up, like it used to just be me and my wife. That was the woman that I loved the most. But now I look over and I see my daughter right past her on the other side. And I'm like, wow, I'm living life for that woman right there.

And it's been an incredible transition as a family. And I'm loving seeing my mother as a grandmother
