And I think morals, man, bringing people that care, you know, that see the vision that want to be a part of the vision and want to push the vision forward that align core values.

You have to have pillars in your business that are defined.

And as long as they align with those core pillars, then you know that no matter what you guys are along that you have the right mindset and the right people are on the team

and maybe there is room for improvement you could push them and assuming they want to be a part of it

and they want to improve they're coachable and yeah that's what it's about welcome to the rich
