And it's a topic that we have certainly discussed in many ways in and of itself and in connection to lots of other topics over the years.

But I think a refresher is always a good thing.

And so some of you have asked us to talk more about this.

So we're going to dedicate this episode to talking about the clairs and all the various ways in which we connect to our intuitive cells.

So you often hear about this term, Claire. I'm Claire Voyan. I'm Claire Cognizant. I'm Claire Centian.

The word Claire is a French word meaning clear.

So it means that Claire Voyan says clear seeing, Claire audiences, clear hearing, Claire Centians is clear feeling.

And Claire Cognizant is clear knowing when you're receiving messages, you might receive these messages predominantly through one of these clairs.

But often messages through intuition will come through one of your less stronger clairs.

So therefore it's important to be aware of all of these different abilities and start to practice them and learn how to strengthen them throughout your intuitive development.

You might have known or you might not know that each of the clairs is connected to one of our chakras.

So if we start at the solar plexus chakra, whose color is yellow and it sits right at and above our belly button.

This is where Claire Centians lives. So it's where we get phrases like, hmm, this doesn't feel right to me or I have a gut feeling about that.

When you're doing a reading, it's important to pay attention to your feelings, but it's also important just as you go throughout your day to really pay attention to your gut feelings and start to discern are these mine are these someone else's am I feeling happy anxious sad hopeful where is this coming from.

You might find that you pick up on the personality of someone that you're working with, whether you're a healer and intuitive reader you're looking at to row cards.

Or you're just learning to develop your intuition to strengthen your connection to all that is a happy go lucky person will make you feel light jovial and friendly, whereas an anxious person might make your clairscentines tighten up and feel nervous and worried.

That notion of that gut feeling every one of us has had that I do believe we've all had that instant what we call that gut reaction to a situation that's our clear sense of ability kicking in.

Yes, and if you were raised in a home where there wasn't a lot of truth.

You know, if you were raised where I don't know you heard your parents fighting and said to one of your parents it's everything okay and they were like yes everything's great go back to bed.
