We're going to be talking about a liturgical season of the Catholic Church. That's right

We're going to look at the liturgical seasons what all the colors mean

What all the feast days and celebrities are and when you have to go to mass and why let's get one thing very clear

The new year doesn't begin in January it begins at advent

All right, tears the season boys

The liturgical that's right. I'm gonna be doing a lot of listening today because I don't know a lot about it

I do know that the church starts an advent. Well, no, I'm sure you know a lot more than you then you realize because you know

You've you've been a cradle Catholic and you've been exposed to the liturgical seasons from the time of your youth

So to realize, you know being Catholic we are a liturgical people and

Liturgy means work and we've got to be dressed properly when we go to work

That's right. There's a work uniform and I know that you're intimately familiar with that and

Normally you're known for wearing black, but you've got a you got a closet full of colors like

Like Broadway singers I don't tell you an assortment of all sorts of colors and there's there's some colors too that we're gonna come to

That you know priests wear that can wear certain colors and I don't even have that in my closet

So there's still colors, you know galore that I haven't even explored. It's a whole rainbow's of colors

Holy so liturgy means work

Liturgy the reward the work of God and I love you know

We we had a sit-down conversation with Bishop Paul Meyer and you know

He shared the beautiful reflection on the work the one work, right as it relates to the kingdom of God

Right and that is precisely what liturgy is it is a work being done
