exactly what to do and I feel like it answered a lot of our questions as to why, at least from the newspaper

media end, why these headlines are so confusing because they're very, you know, fear-mongering.

And then the text itself is sort of like neither here nor there.

And if you want to listen to that, you should. It sort of tells you as though the genesis of how we got to

where we are. And in general, we wanted to talk about avian flu because, you know, we talk about a lot

of things, but this is still a food-oriented

podcast and food costs are rising across the board, not just because of inflation, but because

of this egg shortage. So we wanted to get into the details, both from a scientific perspective,

which we cover with Professor Maurice Petteschi.

And now we want to talk about it from the point of view from a consumer, from supply and demand,

and somebody that is a published author slash professor, and his name is David Ortega.
