The more capacity you have, the more energy you have, you know, in your matter, in your structure,

it's like you can feel these women, they like emanate themselves more.

They emanate themselves more.

This like embodiment.

Even though I was so burnt out, like I am such a seeker.

Like it's just like I said, it's like what I was born

with to like figure out the human body. And so I think sometimes people like, oh, when I'm burnt out, there's like, no, I'm not looking for like, you know, I'm just trying to get by. And I'm like, I was just trying to get by. But I was also like, I got it. How do I not understand what's happening with me? Minerals and the mineral

matrix, you know, you said they are of star dust when we say like we are made of star dust.

Minerals is what we're talking about.

Remembering what it is to be human upon the earth. Do you remember when that used to be this podcast's tagline?

I still kind of think of it as one of the guiding principles, but I kind of stopped saying it at some point as I was trying to figure out what direction I'm going in with the podcast as I moved more towards women's metabolic health. And inevitably, that meant less room

for herbalism, earth connection, ancestor connection, but those are all still such big and deep

and important parts of my life and still really inform where I'm coming from with all these

conversations. And I do plan to have more

explicit conversations about them in the future. But this conversation with Clara Belize, Wisner,

really brought me back into that space because we are in these animal bodies. We are of the earth. We are of our ancestors, and we are of the cosmos.

Everything, every molecule in our bodies comes from the earth, which was fed by our ancestors'

bodies as they died, decayed, went back into their elemental

forms, and all of these elements came from exploding supernova. And that matters when it comes

to healing. That matters when it comes to understanding how energy runs through the body, how energy runs the body,

and how we can get ourselves back to a place where our bodies remember where they come from
