and while none of us want to be a narcissist, except maybe for actual narcissists, the truth

is that narcissistic traits exist in all of us, and we can think of these traits the

same way we would other traits like extroversion.

They're like a slider that people have inside of them, from feeling very special and unique

on the one hand, to having no particular sense of their own uniqueness on the other.

And having some degree of narcissistic traits isn't just normal, it's actually psychologically
