Well, good morning. Thank you, everybody, for joining us live here at the National Shrine of the Divine Mercy and Stockbridge, Massachusetts. It's an honor to be with you. We have a nice crowd here today, beautiful day out in the Brookshire Mountains, so we're glad you could be with us. And today you might see the topic purgatory in the bible father chris you've

talked about this before i've heard your homilies well guess what all of this is that maybe the first

few minutes which i'm going to summarize a few things all of it's brand new because i've been

studying and researching this the last few days.

And what I have found, I think, is tremendous.

And so we're going to share that with you.

It's a new perspective, just additional things about this doctrine that I haven't really brought up before.

I got a couple things, like I said, in the beginning

that are just recap, but we'll start with this brand new talk

and this important thing.

And the reason why is because we're in the first week of November,

and from November 1st to the 8th,

we can visit the graveyards to receive a plenary indulgence

for the Holy Souls. We're going to talk about that later,

but let us begin now with a prayer. In the name of the Father, into the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.

Amen. Heavenly Father, you have told us through the Book of Maccabees and through the saints

that we need to pray for our faithful departed, that we need to

pray for those who have deceased for your mercy upon them and all the grace that comes from you

to bring them eternal salvation as we ask for your mercy upon them. And we ask all this through the intercession

of our blessed mother and through Christ,
