1:14.5	Over the next hour, we're going to identify symptoms of anxiety and children, review some common misdiagnoses, explain how children's
1:20.5	developmental stage impacts their fears, and propose interventions to help children deal with
1:26.2	anxiety.
1:38.5	So let's start out with the basics. What is anxiety? Anxiety is another word for fear, which is the flee part of the fight or flight response. It's the flee part of the stress response.
1:46.6	And yes, I know that fight or flight or the stress response is fight, flight, fawn, freeze, and forget about it. But when people
1:57.5	are anxious, that anxiety can manifest itself in any one of those five ways.
