Don't even care about the game, not even worried about it. On to 2027. It's like a blip in history.

I have serious FOMO right now. I see everybody posting pictures of Radio Row and being in San Francisco and what the Super Bowl is.

Kind of bumped. I love going. I love being there. I went for many years with NBC. I went for years at ESPN.

It was a really cool thing to be a part of. And I am a little bummed that I'm missing it. I'm not going to

lie. Although I did see this, Vish, I don't know if you saw this. The commute from the media

center where all everybody is to the opening night in San Jose is a cool one hour and 20 minutes.

Yeah, that looks horrible. It absolutely does. Now, on this show, this is where we usually dive into the game. The 49ers have played and go through a drive-by-drive. Obviously, we can't do that because there has been no game played. So instead, we're going to talk about the 49ers hiring a new defensive coordinator. Rahim Morris, come on down. And, you know, people are

responding. There's articles coming out and this, that, and people are obviously talking about it,

of course, Vish. And I will get to his scheme and all that. But first, I haven't really texted

with you or anything. So just give me your first plus reaction. You looked at your phone and saw

49ers, Rahim Morris. Yeah, I personally like the

hire, but I'll preface it by saying I've always been a fan of Rahim Morris. And it's not

because like, oh, when you watch Rahim Morris as a defensive backs coach, you have this idea

from observing the game from your living room that Rahim Morris is doing

something special. It's that everybody in football that I think is super smart thinks Rahim Morris

is super smart. And so therefore, I always thought Rahim Morris was super smart. It was that simple.

And so I always thought he was a really good coach. In fact, in 2021, one of the funny things was, right, I wanted the Niners to get Matthew

Stafford.
