Hi, it's Andy here and welcome to Radio Headspace and a Friday morning.

I have a friend, he's always learning new things and right now he's learning to play

the piano.

And to be fair, although he learns a lot of things, he's actually really good at most of the

things he learns.

Anyway, he was with his piano teacher and his piano teacher was asking him to do, I think

a little more practice, you know.

And he said to his teacher, I just don't have time at the moment.

And to be fair, I think for all of us right now, time is a little tricky, you know, there's

not only, you know, he has a family, there's homeschooling going on with the school still

shut, there's work, there's lots and lots of different things to look after.

But anyway, the teacher looked at him and said, well, of course you don't have time.

He has time, you have to make time.

There's something in that.

The only way that we're going to make time is by uncovering it, by removing one thing

to make space for another.
