Hi everybody. Welcome back. Welcome back.

Colleen and I are very excited because we have a whole bunch of good stuff to dive in with you on today.

We're going to Marie Kondo our way through you and all your talent and all your gifts because you were put here because you're needed.

I often say my kids love to do puzzles, right? I have three daughters. My youngest is six years old just last night.

She said, Mommy, let's do a puzzle. And when you're ever doing a puzzle, if you can't find one piece,

if there's one piece missing and we've all had that experience and I know because my husband always says,

put it all back in a Ziploc. You can't put it back where we don't all have it together because he knows of this happens.

And we did a puzzle last night and we couldn't find one piece.

And even though it was just one piece, it's the most dissatisfying feeling because there's one piece missing.

Yeah. That's how I feel about all of us.

I believe that every single one of us is a piece of this puzzle and no one else has your exact way of fitting.

And so if you don't contribute that which you came to contribute, your perspective, right?

Your light, right? If you don't contribute that, it never gets finished.

And you know it's interesting. I sometimes use this analogy again. I'm an 80s kid of the 80s.
