Today on the podcast, we're going to talk about the upcoming BCS National Championship game presented by Vizio, featuring Florida

State and Auburn.

So let's get started.

For the first segment, we're going to focus on some initial observations from the film

of the Auburn offense.

Most people by now know that Auburn is certainly a run-based offense.

You know, they may run the spread.

They may be the hurry up, no huddle, but they are definitely a run-based offense.

And approach, really, the way to think about them is that they are a triple-option team, really.

They just do it from a different formation.

I mean, they're more like Georgia Tech, for example, than they are what Florida State runs,

whether, you know, something's in the spread or not really, you know, or whether somebody's

lined up in the shotgun doesn't really affect things in terms of scheme. You know, they run a lot
