Summary

The man now known as “The Longview Serial Killer” was once a child victim to a time in our history where native children were plucked out of their homes to be adopted out to white middle-class families. The little boy who was affectionately called “Joey” by his adoptive mother, grew up to be a terrifying nightmare to many children in the Pacific Northwest. Today’s case is about Joseph Kondro. 1:25.3	The podcast focuses on her sister who's seeking answers to what happened to Little Cleo,
1:30.5	which the family believes was a sinister ending to her very short life.
1:35.0	There was reason to suspect that Cleo left her adoptive family and was raped and murdered while hitchhiking on her way home to Saskatchewan to rejoin her birth family.
1:44.0	Cleo was a victim of what's called the 60s scoop, which overlapped with the baby scoop era.
1:50.0	This is an incredibly dark and sad time in our history, one that is traumatizing for many generations,
