I believe that almost all issues, relational issues, in our lives are caused by a failure

In general, humans don't communicate that well.

And what I mean is we're good on the surface level.

Very few of us really dig and dig.

Or even know how to just unpack everything that's truly on our minds to make sure that the other person

we're dealing with, whether it's a spouse or a coworker or a child, doesn't matter.

Regardless, it's very, very tough for most people to really get what's off their chest.

And maybe they're even afraid to.

And there was some things that I would just kind of really bugging me.

And it's just always awkward to have those honest conversations, right?
