Big news in 2024, especially if you're a salt strong insider member.

Hey there, Joe Simons, Like Diamonds, back again with the Salt Strong Podcast.

We just finished up a two day off site leadership meeting.

And it was the best by far.

If you guys have never been part of an offsite meeting like that.

I honestly was never a big fan of it because you know, I was like, well, it's not productive

and all of a sudden, you know, it takes all the leaders away from our day to day stuff.

But ever since we've done this, now I guess this is year three, it has just been game-changing

in terms of getting clarity for next year and just talking through all the things that

we can be doing for our members and improving the user experience, creating wow, holy smokes.

I mean, it's nuts.

So I'll just kick it off with one of the most exciting things.

So smart fishing spots, that's really what has created all this growth.

You know, we just celebrated 50,000 members and a big reason for that.

I mean, we went from zero to 30 over seven years, let's just say six years, so zero members

to 30,000 members took us six years.

It took us one year to go from 30,000 to 50,000.

And we're projecting to double next year to be at 100,000 members by the end of 2024
