Hey, everybody, Joe Simons, Like Diamonds back again, Salt Strong on Church.

We're back.

I'm so pumped.

I missed it so bad.

I didn't realize how much I would miss doing these podcasts and miss all of you guys.

I miss it a lot.

I miss the feedback.

I miss hearing from so many of you after I published one of these.

And I'm really, really pumped the last month.

If you don't know, I took a whole month off of work.

And that means out of my emails, out of meetings, out of just the day-to-day operations,

I literally just exited, if you will, a hiatus, a sabbatical, whatever you want to call it.

And that was to spend time with my family, to spend some time traveling, to spend some

time reading and writing, writing, I spent some time in the Bible.

And really just trying to get a lot more clarity on what I want and what I could be doing

better in my life.

What I could be doing is better as a leader, as a father, as a husband, etc.
