Welcome in everybody to Unbreakable, a mental health podcast with Jay Glaser and this

podcast, it allows me to kind of run the gamut on guests, but it also allows me to bring

my best friends on it.

So how cool is this?

I get paid to talk to my best friends and when I say best friends, I truly made it in

the case of this man.

He and I became friends a long time ago.

We've kind of had a similar journey as far as we didn't do it the conventional way.

We did it different ways, but man, when I tell you all that I have battle buddies that

I kind of lean into a reach out to when I'm having a bad day and a lot of times they don't

know that's why I'm reaching out.

This is one of those guests.

He is on every show on the Food Network.

He is everybody's favorite restaurant tour and chef, but he's also one of my favorite

humans on the planet because I've leaned into him on many occasions.

When he just thinks I'm calling for a laugh or he thinks I'm calling just a fuck around

with him over something, but it's really for some a lot deeper than that.

It isn't one and only.
