| 1:21.6 | activities are happening around us our life becomes more enriched and our mindfulness skills become further strengthened |
| 1:31.5 | when we observe these unwanted moments and instead of scoffing at them or sighing in frustration, |

| 1:47.7 | latter choice, to put our skills to practice, as seeing these events as compost. If we use them |
| 1:55.9 | correctly, they can help us grow. So when we shift our perspective of moments in which our mind races, |
