It was going on as Brian from London Real. You know, I just had someone ask me about

mentors and mentorship and it's funny because it probably took me 30 or 40 years

to figure out why you need mentors in your life.

And the real truth is, is that we're all in a race against time because sooner or later we're

all going to die, some of us have more time than others, but it's really a race against

time. If you look at the business world, it's who gets

there faster that wins, not always the best idea or even the best funding or even the best CEO.

It's the amount of time that they save in getting there that allows them to be winners.

And that's the same that's been true in my life when it comes to London Real or MIT or

banking.

It was if I could get there faster.

And I believe if you have the right people around you the right

mentors you can get there twice as fast three times as fast or even ten times as fast and

that's why I'm willing to invest that's the other concept not pay but invest whatever it takes to surround myself

with the best people because I'm going to win. I'm always going to win because I'm going

to get there faster than anybody else going against me and that's why you see me with the best mentors in the world.
