We look now to dissent the U.S. Congress notably these last days as engineered with holding

the request by the administration of additional monies for arms not only for Ukraine but to replenish

the U.S. arsenal that is being drawn down by Ukraine's needs and its contests with Russian

Federation.

That is not the only dissent in these last days.

There's also a vote concluded in Savakia, EU NATO, bringing back a previous prime minister

named Fecho, who has been outspoken in his disinterest with Ukraine's resistance and

his attention to Moscow's planes.

There are doubts in Poland, there are doubts in Germany, there are minor parties in Germany

mostly about migration, but also gaining by not being sympathetic to the NATO contest

in Europe.

And then there are generally voiced remarks in the part of the world that hasn't chosen

sides, surprisingly sympathetic to Russia, for example, in South and Latin America.

There are representatives from Russia who are being routinely entertained and welcomed.

I turn to my colleague Anatol Leven of the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft.

My list is by no means complete, but there's a general sense of doubt or dissent spreading.
