The unthinkable is, in front of us, nuclear weapons in Europe.

Vladimir Putin has mentioned it several times.

Other states have mentioned that Russia makes a distinction between tactical nuclear weapons,

AKS smaller and hot city killers and strategic nuclear weapons mounted on ICBM.

However, we go now to the day after what would it look like in Europe, if and how Moscow

decides to use a nuclear weapon somewhere in Ukraine.

I welcome Professor Jakob Grigel, a professor at Catholic University in America, writing

most recently for the Hoover Institution, he's a visiting national security fellow at

Hoover.
