laid to rest. But first to Ukraine, where hopes that Donald Trump will deliver on his promise

to end the war remain low. The U.S. President is impatient to bring an end to the conflict, but has shifted

from his pre-election promise to end

it in 24 hours to a hundred days, to now simply calling it Biden's war, as American interest

in being at the heart of ceasefire negotiations seems to be waning. Meanwhile, Russia has continued

a wave of attacks on Ukrainian cities,

including President Zelensky's hometown of Krivi R, Dinepro and Kharkiv on the northeastern city of

Sumi, where at least 35 people were killed last weekend. Our correspondent James Waterhouse is in Ukraine.
