started their meetings, and the Kremlin says the Black Sea Green deal is high on the agenda.

Well, Joe, the talks today are about getting into the detail of how a partial ceasefire might work.

Not, of course, the full ceasefire proposal that Ukraine agreed to less than two weeks ago.

Of course, we remember that Russia's president Putin in a call with Trump last week rejected that, instead promising to stop attacks on energy infrastructure, which didn't happen.

So this week, the US and Russian teams will also, they say, look at stopping attacks in the Black Sea.

The Kremlin, though, playing down expectations, saying that those discussions would be not easy.

U.S. officials are traveling to Greenland this week,
