Hello, from CNN, I'm Joe Beck, with the five things you need to know for Monday, March 24th.

The IRS could start helping the Department of Homeland Security find people suspected of being

in the US illegally. A person familiar with the matter says the tax agency is close to finalizing

an agreement that would mean it would cross-reference and confirm names and addresses put forward

by ICE.

Tax information has typically been closely held, and it's against the law for taxpayer details

to be shared improperly.

CNN's Kevin Liptack has more.

It is raising alarms among certain immigration advocates who say it amounts to a breach of trust

between the IRS and undocumented immigrants

who have been encouraged to pay taxes for years with the understanding that the information

wouldn't be used for law enforcement purposes. And millions of undocumented migrants do pay their

taxes in part with the hope that a record

of paying taxes would help them achieve legal status down the road.

Meanwhile, the first flight carrying migrants deported from the U.S. landed in Venezuela early this morning,
