with his victory plan and representatives of NATO to discuss the next steps in the

contest with the Russians. The battlefront situation could

not be worse except for every day it is worse. Ukraine is outmaned. It's not outfought

it's out-maned. Out-gunned it's not out fought. It's outman. Outgunned. It's not out fought. It's outgunned. However, the

eventuality of that coming to a cracking point is somewhere in the immediate future. Therefore the victory plan

must take into account the clock running down. Gregory my understanding is the

victory plan includes immediate membership of NATO, that is not going to happen.

Same for the EU, that is not going to happen.
