Well, I think the answer is a qualified yes. Britain in many ways has been the most

successful of the European countries in dealing with the loss of empire. And this is going to

to have a president and so forth and so on. The Brits have cut their military expenditures

with total irresponsibility. Although it must be said that Labour Prime Minister Atley saw it to

it that Britain had an independent nuclear force and that the Brits are very, very good at certain

cutting edge nuclear technologies. They're elite forces, not just their elite forces.

They're non-commissioned officers and their soldiers are extremely, extremely good,
