We're told that the equipment flowing into Ukrainian forces is superior and what they need.

We're told by American authorities that Keef has everything they need for the counteroffensive.

Whatever that looks like.

We're told by Keef that they need a little more time.

We were waiting for the winter to pass.

Then we were waiting for the spring rains to pass.

So the mud wasn't quite so thick.

It did or it is.

And now we're waiting for unknowns.
