good for Ukraine. I welcome Anatole Levin of the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft,

who has guided me to understand that this day was coming, negotiations, and the use of the word

ceasefire. The offer, as I understand it, from the American

negotiation with Ukraine, is for a 30-day ceasefire. No other conditions that I saw that were

major. However, during that period of ceasefire, the negotiators would continue in order to come to a peace settlement.

However, this headline from Moscow says there's a slight pause in the expectation.

Well, the point about Cyprus is that on the one hand,

nobody, other than Turkey, obviously, has ever legally recognized

the Turkish Republic of northern Cyprus, which the Turks established by invading Cyprus in 1974.

But on the other hand, nobody has tried to restart the war.

The ceasefire established in 1974 has held, and you know, you've basically had just endless, endless negotiations that haven't, have never led anywhere
