We turn to Berlin.

There's news from Berlin, professor, that I need to read aloud because it needs interpretation.

Germany seeks to reduce amount it gives to the 20 billion euro EU fund for Ukraine,

according to a leaked document. Paper sparks fears that Olaf Schultz, the

Chancellor, could Scupper, this is an English newspaper, could Scupper future EU attempts to support Keith's fight against the Russian invasion.

The best I can interpret this is that Germany wants to make sure its money is well spent. It's no longer Zitan Venda. It's Zitan Venda with green eye shades.

Well we essentially say the same thing every week when we talk about Brussels and about Europe, such as it is.

We should just bear in mind, I'll say yet again Turkey which is the most

militarily this most militarily adept and strongly it's the strongest Army in NATO after the United States, stronger than

Germany, stronger than England, stronger than France, although it's not nuclear

this, as far as we know, Turkey has now defected. We don't know Turkey has now defective we don't know what

Turkey's future course is going to be but I would say if I were a European leader
