retired, CBS News. The P-47, the F-47. The P-47 was something that everybody worshipped at the end of the Second War because it was quick and the pilots loved it.

F-47 takes that 47 and attaches to what may be the last of the fighter aircraft with a crew on board.

Jeff, I've only read that. I've not seen it confirmed.

This is a sixth generation aircraft.

It's under development now.

It's to be surrounded by swarms.

Do you assume that this is the last of the crew on board?

It certainly could be, John.

I think the question is whether this is a fighter aircraft or frankly a command and

control aircraft.

And you're right.

It's a six-generation aircraft designed to replace the F-35 and the F-Lung-1-7.

It will be stealthy, but be very sophisticated.
