There are moving parts on the battlefront before we come to the negotiations on the peace

tables, wherever they are.

Some in Saudi Arabia, some in Washington, some in Moscow, some in Brussels.

But we begin with a report that Mr. Hardy has filed recently about the Belgarod episodes and what Ukraine

intends, what the mission statement is for Ukraine in Belgarod. John, a very good evening to you.

Where is Belgarad and what is the mission as you understand it for Ukraine? Good evening.

Hey, John. Hey, Bill. Thanks for having me back on the show. So the Belgard region is a Russian border

region around the border with Ukraine. The area where the Ukrainian's attacked, beginning on March 18th,

is located at the junction of the Kursk region where Ukraine launched an offensive last August

and now is largely withdrawal from and Ukraine's stumbling the last.

So at the juncture of those three regions, Ukraine launched an occursion on March 18th.

It seems to be fairly small in size, maybe probably under a battalion's with the forces
