Turkey markets rallies can relate withdraws days before vote.

INCE. Insee. With true from Sunday's election, narrowing the field of rivals to incumbent Erdogan

and injecting fresh uncertainty into the contest. The polling shows that the opposition

led by a senior politician is leading Mr. Erdogan by several points.

And the expectation is this withdrawal of the third party will bring even more votes for the

opposition to Mr. Erdogan. So, Professor, I ask you to entertain NATO without Erdogan.

Is this a positive for NATO? Is it a positive for the Black Sea Basin?

And what does it mean that Erdogan steps aside if he loses the election? We can also anticipate trouble.

Well, I think I'm not a Turkish expert, but I think that it is a positive development.

It will at least give us clarity of where the Turks really stand, which has been a mystery since the days of

the Turkish engagement in World War I. And that was before. That was after that.

We'll have some clarity about the Turks. I suspect that they will want to continue to be a

democratic country and to be a member of NATO. Erdogan is an erratic man.

He is from the very worst slums of the golden horn. Now, that doesn't mean that he's a bad person,

but it means he comes from a very strongly Islamic background. And that means that when he
