day to you John before I get to the situation of the rain, I should say that the hottest day that I've been outdoors doing work in the courtyard and in the garden was on Sunday and I was also using a flamethrower to to extinguish some weeds in the

courtyard and I was sweating really quite profusely. Thank goodness today we actually have light rain all day and the temperatures are much, much lower. We're talking in the low 70s now, which is a relief and if I was in Scotland I would think that was boiling or roasting but now it feels

cool and it feels very good and we need that rain because we need the next set of crops to come through with water because they need it to grow.

There is a disturbance across the continent right now because of the Ukrainian stab into Russia.

So we check on commodities.

Energy complex first, then the metals and then food.

Well, it's interesting.

There have been dramatic changes when you look at the dollar prices two things.

So Brent crude oil is now $81 a barrel, for that's still down almost 4% on the year.
