Hey girl, I'm so excited that you're here and I will tell you, I think you're really going to vibe with this

episode it's going to be me sharing a personal story with you and also a little

piece of advice from my grandma which sounds kind of random but I think you're really going to connect with it.

And I will also share, because whenever I record these episodes, I'm by myself, right?

Like in our condo in downtown San Diego, my dog Lizzy is literally asleep on my foot, so I have to be able to visualize us, like you and I chatting.

And I've started to think about it in three different ways.

One is either we're chatting over coffee, which is more like

tactical, tangible tip episodes that are just like, yeah, okay, let's do the damn thing.

Or we're chatting over wine, like today's episode where it's like a little bit

more real talk like besty chatting and of course still tangible because I want to

give you tangible things you can actually implement in your life.

Or the third option is we're chatting over spicy margaritas.

And that is when things are getting saucy and like I'm fired up and I'm just like, let's go.
