Hello my friends it is almost New Year's Eve is almost time to double down and

does not like change, it likes stability, it likes consistency, and those things can suck.

in that dead-end job, in that dead-end relationship,

watching too much Netflix in a way that doesn't feel good,

eating or drinking or shopping or using drugs

All of that can feel horrible, but to your primitive brain
