uncertainty is really the thing I think that the human brain has the most trouble with.

It is the thing that allows us to spin out and kind of think about all the different possible

not happen. But when we have a problem, we know how to solve it. Sometimes our brains

who I coached a couple of weeks ago, who is Jewish and who was experiencing a lot of

anti-semitism in her life. People, you know, like writing on the outside of her building

and cursing her out and people who she thought were friends, telling her that they wish, you

know, Hitler had succeeded and threatening her family. And so she was really going through
