1:33.4 | there's one thing that's maybe ambiguous and your brain fixates on that one thing, right? |

1:43.4 | seeing how negative their brain is, they worry that this means there's something wrong |
1:47.6 | with them. But the truth is it's completely normal for them and for you and for me, everyone, |
1:54.1 | everyone's brain is wired with a bias towards negativity because that bias helped us to survive. |
