1:33.6 | been working on noticing when they are judging themselves. And what many of them are discovering |
1:38.5 | is that they have been believing that shame and guilt and stress are actually positive and |
1:44.1 | necessary. So today I'm going to show you the ways in which you may secretly believe that stress |
1:50.3 | is necessary and a good thing. And I'm going to teach you why it absolutely is not. |
