| 0:47.0 | So here's the thing, guys. You know, limiting beliefs are something that we all struggle with. |
| 0:52.0 | Whether you want to acknowledge that you have limiting beliefs or not, chances are that if there's an area of your business or an area of your life where you're not where you want to be, most likely there's something going on in the inside that's impacting your thought process, your decisions, your actions, and ultimately the results that are going on on the outside. |
| 1:16.0 | So I'm going to say that again. If you're not happy with the result that you're getting on the outside, chances are there's something going on in there on the inside that's impacting the results you're getting on the outside. |
| 1:28.0 | So there's some really good news about limiting beliefs. And that is that most of the beliefs that we have are beliefs that were either passed down to us from family members or friends or culture or society |
| 1:43.0 | or they're things that maybe something happened long, long time ago that set your mind a certain way or left a certain impression or maybe was damaging to you. |
| 1:54.0 | And maybe you went through a life experience that was really traumatic or, you know, was very upsetting to you and it set in motion a series of thought processes. |
| 2:05.0 | You know, that probably created a cycle, a cycle of behavior and action in your life that probably has held you back from a lot of things that you want and desire in your life. |
| 2:18.0 | And the really good news about limiting beliefs is that we are in charge of our belief system. |
| 2:25.0 | We are in charge of our own belief system. We can change our belief system at any time. |
| 2:32.0 | If you really want to take stock of your life and where you are and you're really ready to make a change, you want something different, you want something new, you want something better. |
| 2:45.0 | You have to start first by evaluating your value system and your beliefs. |
| 2:51.0 | And you have to ask yourself if the way that you're living your life is in line with your value system and what would need to change in order to make those two things an alignment. |
| 3:00.0 | And then it's time to look at our beliefs. It's time to look at what we believe about ourselves and about whatever that thing is that we want to change, that we want to achieve, whatever the case. |
| 3:13.0 | And it's time to start shifting those. It's time to start setting out a new belief system, a new thought process, a new way of being. |
| 3:24.0 | And we are 100% in control of this process. |
| 3:29.0 | Now most people never ever in their lives are going to take the time to actually do this. |
