As we prep for the All Out Mile, today's guided run is a race week tune up! 10 minute warm up at conversaional pace, 4 x 50 seconds at Goal Pace with 1 minute of recovery between, 5 minute cool down.

Step 4: Join our ua all out mile group in our online community!
Step 5: TRAIN!
