Between June 1-5, we will be coming together to celebrate Global Running Day by facing our fears and daring to give ourselves our personal best by running an all-out mile! Not only is the all-out mile fun AND free, but the team that has the most runners complete the all-out mile between June 1-5 will win $10,000 for the charity of their choice! As we prep for the All Out Mile, today's guided run is a fun race pace effort speed play session. 10 minute warm up at conversaional pace, 4 x 400m at Goal Pace with 1 minute of recovery between, 10 minute cool down. BECAUSE this is a podcast and I can't gauge distance, we're going to do 4 x 2 minutes at goal pace. LET'S GO!!!
